Q. What kinds of services do you offer?

A. We offer a wide variety of digital graphic and design services ranging from website design to corporate logo design and miscellaneous other graphic design endeavors. For more information about our services, please view our services page for more information about what we have to offer.

Q. What are your rates / pricing?

A. We are proud to offer VERY competitive rates and package pricing. Our standard hourly rate for 8 hours of work or less is $25 per hour and for more than 8 hours, we offer a discounted rate of $20 per hour. For more information about package pricing, please view our rates page.

Q. Will you match the rates of another design firm?

A. Absolutely! We have spent quite a bit of time researching the rates of other design firms and have found ours to be lower in almost every situation. However, if you happen to find someone with an even lower rate than ours, please provide to us their name and website address (for verification purposes) and we will happily match their rate.

Q. What types of payment do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal or you can mail a check. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay for our services through PayPal with a credit card. We also accept bank draft via PayPal as well (which does require a confirmed PayPal account). If you require a financing plan, we will gladly work with you in terms of payment upon entering into a working agreement with us. We NEVER require payment up front until we verify the scope of services to be offered to you.

Q. Do you offer website hosting?

A. No, we do not host sites ourselves. Rather, we work closely with Bravenet Web Services and would be happy to get you set up with a hosting package through them (set up is included in several of our design packages). If you have a host that you would like us to use, we will be happy to discuss the options with you.

Q. I already have a domain and/or hosting of my own; I just need you to design and develop the site. Will this reduce the cost of your Full Website package at all since it includes hosting and domain registration?

A. We deal with this situation on a case-by-case basis since oftentimes we find that our preferred site host, Bravenet, offers better benefits and pricing than many other hosting companies out there. We can usually save you money in the long run by switching your domain and/or hosting over to them. We will work with you to find the best hosting solution possible.

Q. What information do you need from me in order to begin designing my website?

A. We will work with you in a design consultation to attempt to obtain all the information we will need from you in order to begin designing your website. Some typical things to bear in mind; types of web pages you will want (i.e. content), color schemes, contact information, types of imagery, etc... Of course, if you are not sure of what you want the site to look like, we will gladly design "from the ground up" for you. This is very common and we find it gives our customers a great starting off point from which they start to come up with their own ideas. We encourage a creative collaboration in this sense, which ultimately results in the perfect website that you have always dreamed of.

Q. How long will it take to design and develop my website?

A. This is always dependent on you mainly and secondly upon our current project load. If we have the proper direction and information we need to begin designing, we will typically have your website fully developed within two weeks time. This time may vary given the quickness of your responses to any questions we may ask you or depending on how long it takes for you to get any site materials into our hands that you would like us to use (image files, etc...). If we are currently handling a large amount of projects, we will let you know in advance of the estimated time of completion. If you are operating under a tight deadline, we will work with you and do our best to ensure your timeline is met (additional cost may apply for high priority work).
